A Nova Scotian makes history

Gaspesia 100 was the greatest addition to the Festival Bouette & Bitume in 2015. For this event some 90 cyclists were at the starting line for the 100 (160km), 75 (120 km), 50 (80 km) or of 25 miles (40 km) races in a playground that impressed with its beauty and its challenging courses!

Terry Tomlin from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia was the Grand Champion of the first ever 100 mile course offered in the province of Québec, with a time of 8 hours, 53 minutes and 28 seconds. He was followed by Éric Jeannotte of St-Basile-Le-Grand, who also made his mark by becoming the first Québécer to complete a 100 mile race in Québec. Here is a compilation of the main results:
