Draw for the Rocky Mountain Fatbike offered by Sports Expert Gaspé

Date : Sunday, October 29, at the Événements Gaspesia volunteer recognition party in Percé.

 

Eligibility :

You must have :

• Participated in a Summer 2017 Gaspesia Race Series event as an athlete (Octopus Challenge, Ultra Trail Gaspesia 100, Gran Fondo Forillon, Marathon Gaspesia ou Gaspesia 100 MTB Marathon)

 

And/or

 

• Participated in a Summer 2017 Gaspesia Race Series event as a volunteer

 

And/or

 

• Purchased a $5 ticket prior to October 24, 2017

 

Athletes have one chance of winning per participation to a Summer 2017 Gaspesia Race Series event.

 

Volunteers have one chance of winning per 7-hour volunteer work shifts at a Summer 2017 Gaspesia Race Series event.

 

Those who have purchased a ticket will be added to the list of athletes for each event’s final random draw.

 

How it works :

 

Every day, from October 25 to 28, the name of a finalist will be drawn among participants. Finalists will be announced in the evening on each event’s Facebook page as well as on the Événements Gaspesia page. Each event will register 5 finalists for a total of 20.

 

Over the same period, the name of the daily volunteer finalist will be announced on the Événements Gaspesia Facebook page.

 

On October 29, the grand winner of the Rocky Mountain Fatbike offered by Sports Expert Gaspé will be determined by random draw from the 25 finalists, live from Percé and on the Événements Gaspesia Facebook page at 4 pm.

 

A number will be attributed to each participant, and the finalists will be drawn by numbers through the random draw generator DCode.

 

Other prizes will also be drawn randomly on October 29 among all the 2017 athletes and volunteers.

• One (1) Rocky Mountain Blizzard 10 fatbike offered by Sports Expert Gaspé (finalists)
• Two (2) $160 gift cards exchangeable for a pair of shoes at Intesport Gaspé (all)
• Two (2) Trail Runner Magazine subscriptions (UTG100 participants)
• Two (2) pairs of sleeves and one (1) toque offered by Idos 42.2 (Marathon participants)
• Four (4) $15 gift cards offered by Sports Expert Gaspé (volunteers)
• Five (5) $50 discount codes offered by Événements Gaspesia (all)
• One (1) breakfast for two offered by Camp de Base Coin du Banc (volunteers)
