Louis Lessard is the new anchorman for CHAU-TVA in the Gaspesie. He is also an outdoor enthusiast who is always looking to discover new environments and develop new skills. A great communicator, Louis is active on a number of outdoors networking sites that bring together adventure enthusiasts.
Louis is happy to share his opinion of his most recent finds and his future exploits. As a former white water rafting guide Louis counts among his experiences hundreds of river and lake expeditions. His interests include mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, surfing, running and hiking – a little of everything.
His greatest achievement has undoubtedly been crossing the Americas in canoe. A journey of 7000 km from the North of Quebec to the Gulf of Mexico, Louis is and adventurer at heart. Bigger, higher, faster , farther ; the Gaspésia 100 certainly strikes a chord with him,
